meet our founder and lead instructor
Meet Vic — our founder and lead instructor. A dedicated student and teacher of the Pilates method for many years, Vic brings a deep understanding of Joseph Pilates’ original work to every session. Fully qualified in Clinical Pilates and classically trained, she has spent years refining her practice and teaching across the full apparatus. Many will also know her as the founder and lead instructor of The Pilates Studios at Wellness on William. When she’s not in the studio, Vic channels her discipline and focus through Shotokan Karate — or resets with a sauna and cold plunge.
